Rangers manager Ally McCoist is running the rule over Bosnia international striker Zlatan Muslimovic as he looks to bolster this squad. With Nikica Jelavic's Ibrox future uncertain McCoist has been keen to strengthen his attacking line and has now brought in the free agent. The former Udinese and Atalanta man has been on the lookout for a new club since April following the expiration of his three-year deal with PAOK Salonika. He arrived in Glasgow over the weekend, although one of his agents Mate Jozipovic is refusing to discuss whether his Light Blues stay will become permanent. "I can't say too much at the moment. But if something was to happen with Rangers, it would be good for the player and the club," Jozipovic told STV. "He is a very good player. He last played in Greece. He has been training the national team since then." McCoist is also having a look at midfielder Luigi Bruins. The 24-year-old Holland Under-21 international Bruins is also without a club after leaving Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg last month.
