Paolo De Ceglie is more than happy to help wound his parent club when struggling Parma visit Juventus in pursuit of a second straight Serie A victory.

The Gialloblu dragged themselves off the foot of the table with a surprise 2-0 home victory over Inter Milan, with on-loan wing-back De Ceglie scoring both goals to inspire fresh hope among his relegation-threatened team-mates.

The 28-year-old is eligible to face long-time employers Juve, who lead the table from Roma by three points, and he insists divided loyalties will not come into play.

De Ceglie told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "It's important that we repeat our performance (against Inter) when we go to Turin. The game will particularly special for me because I've been tied to that club for 16 years.

"I dedicate my goals to those people who have stood by me throughout a time in which I have suffered several injuries.

"As far as I'm concerned I'm totally at the coach's disposal. When I'm needed, I'll be there."

Any shock triumph over the reigning Italian champions will have to come without the assistance of Jonathan Biabiany, Gabriel Paletta, Mattia Cassani, Daniele Galloppa and Massimo Coda, however.

The latter, a striker who has scored twice this season, joined a lengthy injury list during the Inter game as he limped off with a knee problem halfway through the first half of action in Parma.

Juve are without the suspended Arturo Vidal while Andrea Barzagli, Martin Caceres, Simone Pepe, Patrice Evra and Kwadwo Asamoah miss the encounter through injury.

Bianconeri winger Roberto Pereyra, fully aware Parma will be out for blood, has rallied the club's fans to get behind their team at the Juventus Stadium.

"They're very passionate and constantly spur you on," the Argentinian told juventus.com "When you join this team you hear the supporters and it makes you want to get out there and always win.

"It's wonderful and seems similar to South America, where all the fans urge you on.

"It will be a tough encounter but we need to maintain our stride. We're on the right track and need to win to stay at the summit."
