Cardiff look set to sign Islam Feruz on loan from Chelsea after the striker had a last-minute change of heart.
A deal for the Scotland Under-21 international looked to be dead in the water but the 19-year-old has now joined up with the Bluebirds and is training with the Sky Bet Championship side.
"We were told Islam wasn't coming down, but he's here and training with us," boss Russell Slade told Wales Online.
"He has apparently changed representatives, but that's all sorted now and Islam was keen to join us this week."
