Ben Reeves has signed a new extended deal with the MK Dons, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2017.
The midfielder’s contract was due to expire at the end of the current season.
Since joining from Southampton, Reeves has made 73 appearances for the Championship club, scoring 18 goals.
Dons boss Karl Robinson told the club’s website: “It’s something we’ve been working on for a while but we know his agent very well.
“He told us not to worry because we’d get it done and we finally got it over the line on Tuesday morning.
“The quality he possesses is there for all to see and it gives us tremendous piece of mind that he’s signed this new deal.”
Reeves added: “There was no hesitation. I really like it here so I’m more than happy to put pen to paper.”
