Cambridge United goalkeeper Will Norris has already saved five penalties this season so Sky Sports News HQ went to find out his secret to success.
"We do a lot of preparation when it comes to studying the opposition and how they take their penalties, what sort of run-ups, where they like to go," Norris said.
"A lot of it is heat of the moment too."
The Watford-born stopper saved two penalties in added time against Accrington Stanley earlier this season, preserving a vital 2-1 win for Cambridge.
Norris' manager, former QPR and Crystal Palace midfielder Shaun Derry, added: "I feel we have the best goalkeeper at this level.
"He is a very coachable player, who has come on leaps and bounds in such a short space of time."
