A Sky Sports double-header then sees Montreal Impact face Toronto - Didier Drogba's team-mates looking to seal the fourth play-off spot from the Eastern Conference - before Portland Timbers tackle a Colorado Rapids side who can secure the Supporters' Shield with victory.
Steven Gerrard's LA Galaxy and Frank Lampard's New York City FC have already qualified for the play-offs alongside the Rapids, Toronto, New York Red Bulls and FC Dallas and a positive result on Sunday could see them clinch a bye for the first knockout round.
DC United, Real Salt Lake and Seattle are simply bidding to extend their season - and victory would do it.
