Goals had been the order of the day at the nib Stadium in Perth with the Glory leading 5-3 heading into the 90th minute, but the scoring hadn't stopped there thanks to a horrendous howler from goalkeeper Reddy.

The ball was deflected towards the Perth stopper's penalty area and instead of booting the ball clear, he produced a brilliant piece of skill to evade one Melbourne attacker.

Once again he had time and space to boot the ball downfield but with his confidence sky high and channeling his inner Lionel Messi, Reddy pushed forward and attempted to beat another player, but this time he came unstuck, losing the ball midway in his own half.

It left Melbourne City substitute Nick Fitzgerald with an open goal and he finished the easiest of opportunities from just outside the area.

Luckily for Reddy, his blushes were spared as there was no further damage with Perth holding on for a 5-4 victory.
