Ahead of the big Premier League kick-off, Soccer AM roped Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher into #SkySportsDay - but who triumphed in the Crossbar Challenge?
Soccer AM returns from its summer break this weekend and to mark the start of the season the gang rounded up Sky Sports favourites, including Thierry and Carra for some fun and games.
Who's got the skills? Thierry might have had no trouble finding the back of the net in his Premier League days but he found it a little tougher to clip the goalframe.
"I'm not used to hitting the crossbar!" he quipped.
