Neymar has been declared fully fit ahead of Brazil's crucial match with Serbia, but Douglas Costa and Danilo will miss out.

Neymar missed a large portion of the season after breaking a bone in his foot with PSG in February, which later required surgery, and faced a battle to be fit in time for the World Cup.

The foward struggled in the opening game with Switzerland, but scored a last-minute goal for his country in their 2-0 win over Costa Rica, and Brazil team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar has confirmed he has been passed fully fit ahead of Wednesday's final group game.

"I would like everyone to understand Neymar's situation, and that he no longer has any problem with his right foot.

"He has totally recovered but he is still building up his rhythm and his confidence. He is feeling better with every game."

Brazil will be without Costa and Danilo for the Serbia tie however, with both players ruled out injured.

Costa has damaged his right thigh while Danilo is suffering from a hip problem, Lasmar confirmed.

Neither player will travel with the squad when they face Serbia at the Otkritie Arena in Moscow.

Brazil are currently top of Group E, level with Switzerland on four points after two games played.
