Crewe manager David Artell charged with improper conduct

Crewe manager David Artell has been charged with improper conduct by the FA for his behaviour during his side's 2-1 victory over Swindon on Monday.
Artell was sent off by referee Lee Collins after being angered by a series of decisions in the League Two encounter at the County Ground.
The charge was for both Artell's conduct on the touchline and in the changing rooms following the game.
Artell was aggrieved at a penalty having been awarded to Swindon and was further angered when striker Chris Porter, who scored both of Crewe's goals, was booked for diving as he appealed for a penalty.
The Crewe boss has until Friday evening to provide a response to the charges.
The victory kept Crewe's faint playoff hopes alive, as they moved within four points of seventh-place Exeter with two games remaining.
