Pool boss insists that his team will give 100 per cent at St Mary's

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway insists that his team are not worried about their trip to St Mary's Stadium to face Southampton in Saturday's Championship encounter. Nigel Adkins' men have won all 10 of their games at home this season, but after Blackpool defeated a solid Reading side at the weekend their ex-Leicester City boss believes confidence is very high. Holloway loves being the underdog and he claims that the Seasiders will give 100 per cent in an attempt to take all three points and carry on their promotion push. "The fact they have been doing so well makes me even more excited about it," Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette. "They might have had the odd away defeat lately but their bandwagon doesn't really look like coming off the tracks. Their home record is fantastic. "But this is the kind of challenge my players and I thrive on. We think we are a pretty good side ourselves and we will love going there. "We have to keep nicking points and staying up and around the top, and we think we can."
