Keeper to sign three-year deal after medical on Wednesday

Sky Sports understands Leeds are poised to sign Paddy Kenny after finally striking a deal with Queens Park Rangers. Leeds have been trailing Kenny all summer and have been locked in talks with Rangers about a possible move for some weeks now. QPR are willing to let Kenny move on having brought in England international Robert Green on a free transfer last month. Leeds have now come to an agreement with QPR for Kenny and they have been given the green light to hold talks with the former Sheffield United man. Kenny, who is expected to undergo a medical at Elland Road on Wednesday, is set to sign a three-year deal at Leeds as he links up with Warnock for a fourth time in his career. The 34-year-old will become Leeds' fourth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Jason Pearce, Adam Drury and Paul Green when he puts the finishing touches to his move.
