All eyes will be on the big one between Germany and England in Bloemfontein on Sunday afternoon and the game also kicks off the third and final World Cup Super 6 game.
Over a third of players who have already entered their predictions believe England will edge out their old rivals with a 2-1 win to reach the quarter-finals.
Fifteen per cent of players think the game is destined for a 1-1 draw and extra-time (and potentially penalties), while a few more pessimistic fans think Fabio Capello's men will be heading home after a 2-1 defeat.
The other highlight of the last 16 is the tie between Spain and Portugal on Tuesday evening - with a 2-1 victory for the European champions popular with over 25 per cent of players.
Entries for the final Super 6 game close at 3pm on Sunday. Get your predictions in before then and you could claim the £100,000 jackpot.

England's showdown with Germany also gives football fans the chance to win £25,000 in another free-to-enter football competition.
Predict 6 asks players to give their predictions to six scenarios in the Germany v England clash, including match result, half-time score, first goalscorer, total number of corners for each team and the first player to be booked.
Sky Sports football pundit Jamie Redknapp has already made his predictions and thinks the match will end 1-1 at the end of 90 minutes and Fabio Capello's men will have to suffer the pain of penalties once again.
There's £5,000 guaranteed but get all six predictions correct and the winner gets £25,000.
Last week, six players shared the £5,000 as they matched four predictions in England's 1-0 victory over Slovenia.
