Skysports.com gives a rundown of the permutations at both the top and bottom of each division

The season is reaching its conclusion so it seems right to give a rundown of the permutations at both the top and bottom of each division. Skysports.com highlights which matters of promotion and relegation could be resolved this weekend.
CHAMPIONSHIP
Queens Park Rangers need only a point away to Watford in their penultimate game to secure automatic promotion, while they will also go up with a loss if either Norwich or Cardiff fail to win. Cardiff and Norwich both play on Monday and if the Welshmen lose to Middlesbrough, then the Canaries can seal promotion by beating Portsmouth. Cardiff and Swansea are guaranteed to be in the play-offs at least, while Reading will book their place in the play-offs by avoiding defeat to Coventry. The play-off line-up will be confirmed if Nottingham Forest beat Scunthorpe and Millwall, Burnley and Leeds all fail to win. Hull City and Leicester need to pick up three points to have any chance of staying in contention for a top-six finish. Preston are already relegated and will be joined by Sheffield United and Scunthorpe in League One next season if either of these sides fail to win. Crystal Palace and Doncaster each need just one point from their remaining two games and if they both manage it this weekend then Sheffield United and Scunthorpe will go down regardless of their own results.
LEAGUE ONE
Brighton have already sealed the title but second place will not be confirmed just yet, with Southampton and Huddersfield level on points in second and third. Fourth-placed Peterborough will be in the play-offs, while Milton Keynes Dons will join them if they beat Notts County, or if they fail to win and Leyton Orient do not obtain a better result against Tranmere. Leyton Orient need a win to be certain of keeping their hopes alive, otherwise Bournemouth can tie up a play-off spot by winning at Hartlepool. Rochdale and Exeter require victories to have any chance of staying in the mix. Swindon are down and everyone from Yeovil upwards is safe, leaving five teams battling it out for just two spots in League One next season. Bristol Rovers and Dagenham & Redbridge are currently the wrong side of the divide and must win at the weekend to definitely keep their hopes alive, or else they will be relying on other results. Plymouth are also in the bottom four but have a game in hand, on Monday against Southampton, which could prove vital for both teams. Notts County can secure their survival by beating Milton Keynes Dons, while Walsall are a point above the drop zone.
LEAGUE TWO
Chesterfield lead Bury by three points in the race for the title with both sides already up, leaving just one automatic promotion spot up for grabs. Wycombe will be promoted alongside the top two if they beat Bury and Shrewsbury lose to Cheltenham, but any other combination of results would ensure a nervy final day. Accrington, Stevenage and Gillingham all have an outside chance of finishing third but will be focused on holding on to their play-off berths. Rotherham and Port Vale need to pick up three points to have any hope of staying in the play-off running. Stockport's relegation will be confirmed if they fail to beat Crewe, Northampton avoid defeat against Stevenage or Barnet win at Accrington. Barnet could also drop out of the Football League if they lose, Northampton and Lincoln win and Hereford pick up at least a point. Burton, Bradford, Cheltenham, Macclesfield and Morecambe are all not mathematically safe yet.
SPL
The bottom two meet on Monday and Hamilton will be relegated if they lose to St Mirren, who currently have a nine-point cushion with four games remaining. The title race is still too close to call between Rangers and Celtic but Hearts can tie up third place, and Europa League football, if they beat Kilmarnock and Dundee United lose to Celtic.
