Former Manchester United star Andy Cole admits Wayne Rooney will be a massive miss for his old club in this weekend's title showdown with Chelsea. Rooney is out of the titanic clash on Saturday after suffering minor ligament damage to his ankle during the midweek UEFA Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich. Cole believes the time is right for Dimitar Berbatov to step up to the plate and prove United can cope without their top scorer. "We are still not sure how long he [Rooney] is going to be out for, but if he misses the game on Saturday, which looks more than likely, he is going to be a massive, massive miss," Cole told skysports.com. "The way Wayne has been playing this season has been absolutely fantastic. "But on the flip side of that if the manager brings in Berbatov to play I am sure Berbatov will stand up and be counted and put in a sterling performance." Cole, who won five Premier League titles in six trophy-laden seasons at Old Trafford, believes Saturday's top-of-the-table clash will go a long way to deciding who wins the title this year. "Things are so topsy turvy at the moment at the top of the table," added Cole. "Man Utd are in a great position to win the win the Premiership and if they get a positive result on Saturday they have a great chance of winning it again."
