Chelsea will parade the Premier League trophy through the streets of west London on Sunday May 28.

Chelsea secured the title with a 1-0 victory over West Brom on Friday Night Football, and followed that up with a thrilling 4-3 win against Watford in their penultimate match of the season at Stamford Bridge.

The victory parade will depart from Stamford Bridge at midday, the day after the Blues contest the FA Cup final with Arsenal at Wembley Stadium.

Antonio Conte and his squad will be joined for the procession by Chelsea's youth team, who won the U18 Premier League title and claimed a sixth FA Youth Cup trophy in eight years.

Chelsea's final home game of the season is at home to already-relegated Sunderland on Sunday.
