Chelsea will kick off their Premier League campaign with an awkward trip to Stoke on the opening weekend of the season. The Blues, determined to reclaim top spot after a disappointing 2010/11 season that culminated in the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti, then face West Brom in their first game at Stamford Bridge. They also play host to two of the newly-promoted sides, Norwich and Swansea, before the end of September. A clash with champions Manchester United at Old Trafford also comes early in the season on 17th September, with the return meeting scheduled for 4th February. London rivals Fulham are the opponents on Boxing Day and there are also festive fixtures against Aston Villa and Wolves to look forward to. The two games against Arsenal are to take place on 29th October and 21st April, while Chelsea finish at home to Blackburn on 13th May.
