Chelsea rumours continue ahead of a possible £150m spending spree
Napoli striker Edinson Cavani's agent insists he is not attempting to engineer a move to Chelsea.
The Uruguayan star will be hot property in January and has been linked with Manchester City after helping knock the Premier League leaders out of the UEFA Champions League.
Andre Villas-Boas is also thought to want Cavani as part of what could be a £150million new year spending spree and before Chelsea face Napoli in the last 16 of the European Cup.
But the £40m-rated Copa America winner's representative has underlined that any decision regarding the 24-year-old's future rests with his current club.
"It is a problem that concerns Napoli, but not us," his agent, Claudio Anellucci, told
Radio CRC when asked about interest from Chelsea.
"These rumours are pleasing, but rumours are part of the game and the world of football. I think about the serious things and not the rumours.
"Cavani said that he is good at Napoli and so there is no reason to worry, because he has no problem to stay in Naples."
