Watch the moment that newly-crowned champions Chelsea were given a guard of honour at Stamford Bridge by Liverpool.
The visitors lined up and applauded the Chelsea players as they made their way out on to the pitch for the Premier League clash in west London.
Chelsea secured the title last weekend with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace.
