WATCH: Story of Rachel Key, the community hero presenting the Premier League trophy to Chelsea

This Sunday, lifelong Chelsea fan Rachel Key has been given the opportunity by Barclays to present the Premier League trophy to her Chelsea heroes.

As part of Barclay's "Spirit of the Game" initiative, Rachel will present the trophy to captain John Terry in front of over 40,000 fans and a likely billion people on TV.

Rachel was given the opportunity having completed a course on the Barclays Premier League Works scheme set up by Barclays and the Premier League to help struggling young people get the right skills and confidence to be work ready.
