Stuttgart have signed Arsenal striker Takuma Asano on a season-long loan.
Japan international Asano signed for the Gunners from Sanfrecce Hiroshima last month but has spent limited time at the club after representing his nation at the Olympic Games in Rio.
Asano will gain his first experience of European football in Germany's second tier after Stuttgart were relegated from the Bundesliga last season.
"Takuma completes our attacking players," said Stuttgart's sporting director Jan Schindelmeiser.
"He is very dangerous in front of goal, is comfortable with both feet and is very mobile."
Schindelmeiser also said fellow Japan international Hajime Hosogai had been influential in persuading Asano to move to Stuttgart.
