Gunners midfielder in confident mood ahead of derby day
Aaron Ramsey is refusing to buy into the belief that Arsenal will enter Sunday's North London derby as underdogs.
Having endured a difficult opening to the 2011/12 campaign, it has been suggested that the Gunners may struggle against arch-rivals Tottenham this weekend.
Arsene Wenger's men have emerged victorious in their last two outings, though, with precious points picked up in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League.
With confidence restored, the Gunners believe they will arrive at White Hart Lane ready to secure local bragging rights.
Ramsey is certainly buying into that belief, with the Wales international of the opinion that Arsenal can put in a positive performance behind enemy lines.
Momentum
Speaking after a 2-1 victory over Olympiakos on Wednesday, he told
Arsenal Player: "This has given us momentum now so hopefully we can build on these wins and take it into the next game.
"We've got Tottenham and hopefully we can get a good result at their place.
"I'm not sure (we are underdogs), I think we have great quality in the team.
"They've added a few new faces and we're aware of that, but we're confident in the way we play and hopefully we can get the right result there."
