On-loan Arsenal midfielder Yossi Benayoun plans to hold talks with parent club Chelsea over his future when he returns on 30th June.
The Israeli moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2010 when Carlo Ancelotti was still manager, but he ruptured his Achilles tendon and missed the majority of the following season.
Ancelotti's successor, Andre Villas-Boas, who was sacked this March, then decided to send Benayoun out on loan at the beginning of the current campaign.
But, again, injuries have meant the 31-year-old has made limited appearances for Arsenal, although he has started back-to-back games in the wins over Manchester City and Wolves and he scored at Molineux.
Arsene Wenger is unsure over a permanent deal and so Benayoun faces a clouded summer at Chelsea, where Roberto Di Matteo is currently only serving as interim first-team manager and a squad overhaul is expected.
Fully committed
The former Liverpool and West Ham player said in the
London Evening Standard: "I think it is difficult to speak now about the future.
"It is better to concentrate on the five weeks that are left and do my best for the club. I am fully committed to Arsenal and after we will see.
"After 30th June, I am going back to Chelsea and then the club and I need to decide. Each one has to think what is best for them.
"I will not lie, I love Chelsea, because I have a good relationship there. I didn't play much, because I had a big injury.
"I still have a lot of friends there I talk to every day. Of course I want them to do well, but it is difficult."
