Jack Rodwell and Louis Saha found the back of the net for Everton on Wednesday as they secured a 2-0 friendly win over Melbourne Heart.
The Toffees began their tour Down Under at the weekend following a 1-0 success over Sydney FC and have now made it back-to-back wins.
Everton should have been ahead inside the opening few minutes, but Saha fired a second minute penalty wide after Seamus Coleman had been bundled over by Rutger Worm in the box.
However, the visitors did not let their heads drop and Rodwell put David Moyes' side ahead in the 34th minute when he was well-placed to turn home Coleman's cross.
Failed to threaten
The Heart were playing only their fourth game together and, apart from former Wigan player Josip Skoko's long-range effort in the first half and Eli Babalj's volley in the second, they failed to threaten.
Everton continued to press after half-time and, not long after Victor Anichebe's shot was blocked by Clint Bolton, the Premier League side doubled their advantage.
Frenchman Saha had all kinds of time and space on the edge of Heart's box and calmly fired home to seal Everton's second friendly win in Australia.
The match was Tim Cahill's last before a belated summer break while Moyes also took the opportunity to give summer signings Jermaine Beckford and Joao Silva second-half debuts.
