Manager admits midfielder brings a different dimension to team

Everton boss David Moyes is hoping Marouane Fellaini's return can help the Toffees get back on track. The Belgium international was ruled out of Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Newcastle through a one-match ban. But the 23-year-old midfielder will be available again as Everton host Wolves when the Premier League resumes following the international break. The Toffees have lost their last three games but Moyes was encouraged by their performances in defeats by Manchester United and Chelsea, and he feels Fellaini will provide a welcome boost. "Marouane has a big influence on our team," Moyes told the Liverpool Echo. "At times he is a bigger threat than most because of his size, he can create goals and can be disruptive to the opposition.

Important player

"It was a big miss last week not to have him as he is an important player for us. "I thought he played well against United and Chelsea because he had a dip in the period before that. "In the last two games I think he has come back into a bit of form. He did as well as anybody in those games."
