Villarreal still reportedly chasing defender
Portsmouth defender Sol Campbell has admitted that he can do little to stop the speculation about a move away from the club.
The veteran defender, who moved to Fratton Park in August 2006, has reportedly attracted the interest of Spanish side Villarreal.
He has regularly been linked with a move abroad and has just one year left to run on his Pompey contract.
Campbell has had another impressive season, helping Pompey to the FA Cup final and seventh in the Premier League.
He is staying focused on Portsmouth but has refused to rule out a switch to Villarreal.
"If people are interested in me, people are interested," Campbell said in The Sun.
"I cannot do anything about it."
