Four men plead guilty over disorder before Tottenham's game against Ajax

Four men have pleaded guilty to affray following disorder before Tottenham's Champions League semi-final first leg against Ajax.

Police said on Wednesday that three officers sustained non-serious injuries while arresting fans ahead of Tuesday night's Champions League semi-final between the dies.

The Metropolitan Police say a group of fans began throwing objects outside Tottenham's new stadium in north London at around 7:15pm on Tuesday - 45 minutes before kick-off.

Four men between the ages of 23 and 34, all from Amsterdam, admitted to their involvement in the disorder and pleaded guilty to affray at Highbury Corner on May 2.

All four men were remanded into custody to appear at Wood Green Crown Court for sentencing on a date yet to be set.
