Mido hits out at Delneri
Egyptian Striker Mido has blasted Roma coach Luigi Delneri.
Although he is yet to complete his loan move to Tottenham, Egyptian Striker Mido has wasted no time in firing a parting shot at Roma coach Luigi Delneri.The striker looks set to join Spurs in the coming days, but has already blasted Delneri for the way he treated him.
"Delneri never gave me a chance," insisted Mido.
"I was never a regular and when I did play it was in an unaccustomed role.
"I came to Rome with great aspirations, leaving Marseille where I had a regular place.
"With Rudi Voeller's departure my dreams failed.
"I wait for a chance with my new team and with the Egypt national side because I want to show what Mido is capable of."
