Keeper expects to move on at end of the season
Tottenham goalkeeper Radek Cerny has admitted he would be interested in a move to Queens Park Rangers.
Cerny is at Tottenham on a long-term loan deal from Slavia Prague but that contract is due to expire at the end of the season.
The Czech Republic international does not expect to earn a new deal at White Hart Lane this summer despite currently being first-choice keeper in Juande Ramos' side.
Cerny's agent is believed to have held talks with QPR's co-owner Flavio Briatore over a possible move to Loftus Road and the custodian admits he would consider a switch to the ambitious Championship outfit.
"So far I don't know know much, I have just read something in the English media," Cerny told Czech Republic daily
Sport. "If someone held talks, I don't know. I leave these matters to other people and concentrate fully on matches.
Looking
"Considering that my contract in Tottenham expires in the summer, I must be looking for a different club.
"And if QPR were it, then I would go there. I have no problem with the Championship, it is an extremely tough competition of a high quality.
"I don't want to speak in advance, I am satisfied at Tottenham and what is to come, is to come.
"I have always tried to remain professional and if Tottenham are not interested, Queen Park Rangers yes, then I will be glad.
"As I say - if something is going on, it is always good."
Cerny is unsure if he could leave Tottenham before the close of the transfer window.
"I don't know [about leaving in January]. I have played in four games, it depends on the club and what plans they have with me," concluded Cerny.
