Clubs look at Spurs' Mexican

Giovani Dos Santos has not yet agreed a deal with Genoa, his Italian agent has confirmed. The former Barcelona forward looks set to depart Tottenham after failing to break into Harry Redknapp's first-team plans. A number of clubs, including Liverpool, have been linked with a potential swoop - but reports suggest that Dos Santos has snubbed a move back to his native Mexico in order to sign for Italian side Genoa. Ludovico Spinosi has now admitted that he he will meet with the player's father in the coming days to discuss his future. "At the moment there is no great news, I don't know if he really refused to return to play in Mexico to go to Genoa, he could have," he told Calciomercato. "In the coming days I will meet with the father to discuss the future of the boy." Spinosi also admitted that there could be other Serie A clubs looking at him. "If Lazio and Fiorentina also like him? I don't rule it out, but right now I cannot speak of this."
