Spurs manager against losing England international striker
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has ruled out letting Peter Crouch leave the club before the close of the transfer window.
Crouch's future at White Hart Lane has been the subject of conjecture in recent weeks with Spurs continually linked with a move for a new striker.
Sunderland have been credited with an interest in the former Liverpool man as they look to bring in a replacement for Darren Bent.
However, Redknapp insists Crouch is going nowhere as he remains a key part of his plans at Spurs.
"I'm especially not looking to sell Crouch," Redknapp is quoted as saying in The Sun.
"He gives us a different option and I'm a big fan of his."
