Tottenham coach Joe Jordan says Harry Redknapp won't field a weakened side against Hearts.
Spurs will go all out against the Scottish side, says first-team coach
Tottenham Hotspur's first-team coach Joe Jordan believes that manager Harry Redknapp will not field a weakened side against Hearts in the Europa League on Thursday.
Spurs take on the Scottish team in Edinburgh in the first leg of their play-off round in what will be their first competitive game of the 2011-12 season.
However, on Monday the London side are at Old Trafford to confront defending champions Manchester United in their opening Premier League fixture.
There have been some suggestions that Redknapp could rest some of his key players against Hearts with the clash against United in mind, but Jordan has dispelled such notions.
"I don't think that will ever enter the manager's head," he told reporters. "He knows the difficulty of this game and he knows the danger of the opposition."
Edinburgh Festival
Jordan, who managed Hearts in the 1990s, also spoke about Spurs' disrupted preparation for Thursday evening's fixture.
The Lilywhites have had to put up 50 miles north of Edinburgh in St Andrews because of the Edinburgh Festival that has seen hotel rooms get snapped up.
But Jordan is confident that they will overcome this issue and said: "It's been a problem with our preparation, but we'll get around it.
"We would have preferred to stay in Edinburgh, but we're a long way away from it. We're up at St Andrews.
"We would have liked to have been closer on the day of the game so our journey there would have been a lot shorter."
