Goalkeeper hails team spirit after coming back from a goal down
Brad Friedel was delighted with how Tottenham fought back from going a goal down to win 3-1 at West Brom on Saturday.
Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe scored for Spurs to cancel out Youssouf Mulumbu's opener.
The result means Tottenham have now won nine of their last 10 games and they are closing in on Manchester City and United at the top of the table.
Friedel told the club's
official website: "Whenever you are down in the Premier League and you can come back and win it shows a great deal of character.
"At no time did we doubt the talent in the room but it's never easy to claw your way back, especially playing the way we were and with the other team at the top of their game.
"The gaffer had a few words with the lads at half-time and then the real Tottenham came out in the second-half."
