South Africa international targeted by a trio of clubs

Sky Sports understands Steven Pienaar is unlikely to leave Tottenham this month unless they can secure a deal for Juventus' Milos Krasic. The South Africa international is keen to leave White Hart Lane and has been largely a peripheral figure since joining from Everton last January. Three teams are leading the chase for the former Ajax midfielder - two of which are believed to be QPR and Everton - but time is running out for the deal to happen. Krasic is a target for Spurs who are trying to wrestle him away from Juventus, but face competition from teams in Italy, Russia and England. The 27-year-old has not featured for the Italian club as often as he would have liked this term and is known to want first-team football. Spurs boss Harry Redknapp still believes his side have a real chance of winning the Premier League and will not weaken his squad without having replacements to draft in.
