Championship: Blackburn midfielder Alex Marrow leaves the club

Blackburn have announced midfielder Alex Marrow has left the club by mutual agreement.

The Rovers youth product moved back to Ewood Park on a three-year deal last summer but his second spell at the Sky Bet Championship outfit proved only marginally more successful than his first. He made just four appearances before spending time on loan with Fleetwood.

A statement read: "The club thanks Alex for his work and dedication during his time at Ewood Park and wishes him all the best for the future."
