Uruguayan heading for Brazil
Uruguayan star Mauricio Victorino is ready to shun Premier League interest and move to Brazil.
The Universidad de Chile stopper was recently the subject of a loan bid from Blackpool.
Newcastle, Blackburn and West Ham also showed an interest, but the central defender now looks bound for Brazil.
Victorino admits the lure of a long-term deal has been the main factor and he has agreed a four-year deal with Cruzeiro.
"For my part the decision is made," he told
La Nacion.
"I have to think with my head and it is going to be a four-year contract."
