Manchester City freeze season ticket prices

Manchester City are the latest Premier League club to announce a freeze in season ticket prices for next season.
City have issued renewal notices to current holders stating that prices will remain the same for Pep Guardiola's first year in charge.
It comes after supporters organisation 1894 Group had planned a protest over a possible rise and the £60 top price for seats at next week's clash with Paris St Germain by holding up banners during Saturday's game against West Brom.
A statement from the group read: "After six years of continual price rises, we welcome the price freeze on season ticket prices announced by the club. It's a step in the right direction."
But the organisation said it will continue to lobby the club in an effort to ensure tickets remain affordable.
The statement added: "We see ticket prices being an ongoing issue for our fanbase. It's not just about today but also what happens over the next few years and we'll be ready to publicly push forward fans' concerns whenever it is needed.
"The club have listened because they have had to listen. So the last thing we would do is ease off now. It's vital we keep the pressure on the club and use our collective voices on ticket prices."
Tottenham, Chelsea and Southampton have announced they would freeze season ticket fees for next season.
Premier League clubs agreed last month to cap away tickets at £30 for the next three seasons from the 2016/2017 campaign.
The league said away fans were "essential for match atmosphere" and helped to make the competition unique.
