Richard Dunne has hit out at referee Steve Bennett following Manchester City's Carling Cup defeat to Tottenham.
Spurs have appealed to the Football Association over Didier Zokora's sending off, and Dunne admits he also felt the dismissal was harsh.
But Dunne also believes a number of decisions went against City, including when Steed Malbranque received only a yellow card for a two-footed lunge at Vedran Corluka
Dunne was also angry that he was denied a penalty after a challenge from Pascal Chimbonda, and thinks Bennett was anything but consistent.
He said: "We did not have a good night and neither did the referee.
"We have seen all the incidents afterwards on the laptop and they all seem wrong.
"There are bookings when there should not have been and red cards when they should have been bookings.
"It was one of those nights. What can we do?
"It was a penalty but the referee has not seen it. He said I ran straight into him."
