Carlos Tevez has made peace with Manchester City and wants to play a major part in the title run-in, according to team-mate and Argentine compatriot Sergio Aguero.
Tevez's turbulent relationship with the club has rarely been out of the headlines all season, having wanted to leave last summer before refusing to warm up during a UEFA Champions League game against Bayern Munich in September.
Roberto Mancini was furious with the striker, who returned to his homeland for several months without permission, but City were not able to sell him in the winter.
Tevez recently returned to England and apologised for his actions, leading to a truce between the two parties.
Speculation remains rife about his long-term future but the 28-year-old has been in sparkling form since being welcomed back into the fold, scoring a hat-trick in last weekend's 6-1 victory over Norwich.
Aguero also netted twice as he linked up with his countryman to devastating effect, and believes the whole saga has now been resolved.
"Carlitos is very well, he wants to help our team in the remaining games," Aguero told
ESPN Radio Rivadavia in Argentina.

"As an Argentinian, I want him to be well. Luckily the situation was solved.
"Both of us played well against Norwich and he did well when he came from the bench against Chelsea, making the assist for Nasri's goal, so now there is peace [between Tevez and Man City]."
Aguero's brace against Norwich took his Premier League goal tally to 21 and he is delighted to have played so well in his first season at the club, having arrived from Atletico Madrid last summer.
He explained: "My team helped me. I could fit in due to how the team play and the fact the opponents let you play, so I could adapt more easily.
"I never imagined I would score so many goals, so I am happy for scoring those goals and for fighting for the title."
