Man City manager hoping for less stressful meeting with QPR

Roberto Mancini thinks his side face a tough task against QPR, but is hoping it will be less dramatic than their previous encounter on the final day of last season. City claimed the Premier League title in dramatic fashion against Rangers, scoring twice in injury time to win 3-2 and snatch the crown from Manchester United. And Mancini is expecting just as tough a test this time around. "The last game was a crazy game," he said. "I hope this year we can do the same result but not concede one or two goals again.

Difficult

"It is important we win this game but we know it will be difficult. QPR have bought more players, I think they are better this year. "Also we are at the start of the season when every game is difficult." Mancini's side will face more difficult games, after Thursday's UEFA Champions League draw placed them in the 'group of death' with Real Madrid, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund.
Philosophical
But the Italian is philosophical about it, saying: "For a team that plays for the first or second time in Champions League, this can happen. "I think it is a difficult group but not only for us, for all the teams in the group. I am confident."
