The Torino midfielder has been linked with a move to England for some time and now Fulham are ready to bring him to the Premier League.
Fulham boss Roy Hodgson is believed to be in the market for midfield reinforcements and Grella is thought to be on his list of targets.
With Steven Davis expected to move on before the close of the transfer window, Hodgson is keen to bring in a replacement and he sees Grella as the man to fill the holding role in his side.
Torino are thought to be willing to sell Grella if they receive a suitable offer and the former Parma man is thought to be interested in a move to England.
