Lech Poznan have insisted that star striker Robert Lewandowski will not be sold this month.
The highly-rated Polish international has been linked with a move to England, with Fulham and Leicester City both said to be keen on taking the 21-year-old.
But Lech president Andrzej Kadzinski insists that they will not be letting him leave and they have a 'gentleman's agreement' that will mean he will be sold in the summer.
"We have told him that if an interesting offer comes in the summer, we will not put obstacles in his way," Kadzinski stated.
Lewandowski was reportedly keen to leave Lech, after learning of the interest - but he is seemingly set to remain.
The only player who could be allowed to leave Lech during this window is Bosnian midfielder Semir Stilic.
Both Celtic and Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk are understood to be keen.
"Stilic is the only footballer that Lech has given the green-light to in terms of a transfer to another club," confirmed coach Jacek Zielinski.
"If we receive an offer and the money is satisfactory to Lech, he will go and of course we are prepared for this."
