Peniket gets first-team opportunity after moving on loan
Hereford United have snapped up Fulham's teenage striker Richard Peniket on an initial month-long loan deal.
Peniket is highly rated at Craven Cottage and attracted interest from Manchester United prior to joining Fulham from Walsall in 2009.
He has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Cottagers, but was also linked with Birmingham City, Rangers and Wolves in the summer.
The Wales Under 19 international will now get the chance to gain some senior experience during the next month with Hereford.
Peniket appeared for the reserves against Glenn Hoddle's Academy on Tuesday and could be in contention for Saturday's game at home to League Two high-flyers Crawley Town.
