Football Association aware of alleged incident at Cottage
The Football Association are looking into allegations Luis Suarez made an offensive gesture to Fulham fans during Liverpool's 1-0 defeat on Monday.
Photographs from the game appear to show the striker making a gesture with his middle finger to the Craven Cottage crowd as he left the pitch.
Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish would not be drawn on the incident when quizzed after the game.
He said: "I've not seen the picture and I am not taking anybody's word for it. But until you have proved it is true to me, I won't comment."
The Scot was also unhappy at chants directed at the Uruguay international referring to him as a "cheat", branding it "scandalous".
He added: "At the end of the day, we will look after Luis the best we can and I think it is about time he got a bit of protection from some people."
Suarez is already the subject of an FA enquiry over alleged racist abuse of Manchester United's Patrice Evra in October.
