Swedish midfielder moves to Vicarage Road until end of the season
Fulham have confirmed midfielder Alex Kacaniklic has joined Championship outfit Watford on loan until the end of the season.
Sky Sports sources on Monday morning revealed the Swedish member of the Cottagers' development squad was set to make the move in order to build first-team experience.
And Fulham have now confirmed Kacaniklic, who has yet to make a first-team appearance for the London club, has made the switch to Vicarage Road.
A short statement on the Premier League side's
official website read: "Fulham development squad player, Alex Kacaniklic, has joined Watford on loan.
"The Swedish winger, who has been an integral member of Fulham's reserve team this season, will remain at Vicarage Road until the end of the 2011/12 campaign."
Kacaniklic, 20, is highly rated at Fulham after moving to Craven Cottage from Liverpool in the summer of 2010.
