Blackwell retains goalkeeper until the summer
Sheffield United have extended goalkeeper Mark Bunn's loan spell from Blackburn Rovers for the remainder of the Championship season.
The 25-year-old former Northampton keeper, who has also played with Leicester, has been a regular for Kevin Blackwell's side making 20 league appearances so far.
Bunn joined on a one-month deal in August and that was extended to the end of the year after he was initially brought in as cover for the banned Paddy Kenny.
The in-form keeper, who kept a clean sheet in United's 1-0 win over Preston on Monday, will now have the chance to shine for the remainder of the season.
Bunn is eligible to feature for the South Yorkshire outfit in their FA Cup clash with Championship rivals QPR this weekend after Rovers granted him permission to play.
