Fox, 21, has signed a contract extension that will see him stay with the club until the summer of 2017 while goalkeeper Phillips has extended his deal until 2016.
Left-back Fox has recently broken into the Charlton first team and featured in the Addicks' crucial 3-2 win over Sheffield Wednesday last weekend.
Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "The season has got better and better for me. It was a little bit of a slow start because I was hoping to be pushing for the first team but going on loan did me the world of good.
"Now I have progressed into the first team and I am very happy with that and to get a new deal."
Phillips, 18, is still waiting for his first senior appearance but has regularly featured for Jason Euell's Under-21 side this season.
