Fernando Llorente has been benched as Tottenham make four changes for their clash with West Ham on Saturday lunchtime.
With Ajax to come on Tuesday in the Champions League semi-final first leg at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Mauricio Pochettino opts for Juan Foyth in defence at the expense of the Spanish striker.
Jan Vertonghen is left out of the side completely, as Spurs make a total of four changes from their 1-0 win over Brighton.
Ben Davies comes in for Kieran Trippier, Davinson Sanchez replaces Vertonghen and Eric Dier comes in for Victor Wanyama.
West Ham make just one change following the 2-2 draw with Leicester as Ryan Fredericks comes in for Pablo Zabaleta at full-back.
