Expectations: Expect the unexpected. This is a club that's just appointed Walter Zenga. Nobody knows what's going to happen next but after a dull period in which apathy reigned at Molineux, there's an appetite for something - anything - new.
The hope will be that the new manager galvanises the group quickly and fans get to watch some exciting players. Promotion will be difficult but it'd be good to see the club have a real go.
Of course, there's the chance it will all go horribly wrong. After all, Zenga doesn't have a history of sticking around. In that case, we'll cling to the hope of 'doing a Watford' and pushing on regardless of the upheaval.
Most important player: Hopefully we haven't signed him yet. Jordan Graham and Nouha Dicko were sorely missed following their respective cruciate ligament injuries so it'd be great if they return to fitness and form.
Who will win the league: Newcastle
Potential dark horse: Huddersfield
One Championship player you'd want to sign: Can we have Moussa Sissoko?
Ollie's prediction: 13th
This is a hard one to weigh up with the new takeover. You can't be playing catch up in the Championship - you need to get a plan in place.
Sky Bet odds
Wolves' promotion push petered out into a mid-table conclusion last year and they're on offer at 4/1 to gain promotion to the Premier League this time around. They are 1/2 to finish outside of the top six and 16/1 for the drop. In the market to finish higher than second-city rivals Birmingham, the Wanderers are odds-on at 2/5.
