Holloway slams greedy Keane

Ian Holloway has slammed Sunderland manager Roy Keane for asking over-the-odds for keeper Marton Fulop.

Fulop tag is too high

Leicester boss Ian Holloway has slammed Sunderland manager Roy Keane for trying to get more money out of the club in his bid to sign on-loan keeper Marton Fulop. Holloway, whose initial bid of £1million was turned down by Keane, has deemed the Black Cats boss greedy after he upped the asking price for Fulop to £3million. Already on-loan at the Walkers Stadium, Fulop has stressed his desire to stay with the Foxes, but Holloway feels the current price tag is making it impossible to strike a deal. Speaking to The Daily Star, Holloway said: "Maybe Roy thinks he's worth £3million because he's paid £9million for another goalkeeper (Craig Gordon). "Come on, Marton's not worth that! The boy is upset but the deal is looking dead in the water."
